A system to enable reservations sounds simple to implement but the number of different settings across multiple tenants made this project very challenging.
There was also a requirement to develop web based and native client app for all back office functionality, ensuring both apps were consistent in design and usage was problematic.
Clients are able to use either a web based portal or an app designed for both Android or iOS tablets to effectively manage all aspects of their buisness. The solution includes deposit and no show payments, reporting and occupancy analysis.
